📦 Our Wedding Packages

The Signature Package – $650

Essential day-of coordination
Perfect for couples who have planned everything but want professional execution on the big day.

Includes:
1-hour final consultation (2 weeks out)
Custom wedding day timeline
Vendor confirmation & communication
Up to 7 hours of day-of coverage
One lead coordinator on-site
Emergency kit access
Ceremony & reception management

The Heirloom Package – $1,200

Classic coordination with extended care
Ideal for couples wanting day-of support with added rehearsal coordination and setup help.

Includes everything in The Signature, plus:
1 additional planning call (6–8 weeks out)
Rehearsal coordination (1 hour)
Décor setup & styling assistance
Extended coverage (up to 10 hours)
Final walkthrough at venue (if local)

The Estate Package – $1,600

Full-service day-of experience
For couples seeking a seamless, premium experience with extra hands and extended support.

Everything in Heirloom, plus:

Assistant coordinator on-site
Return of décor/rentals the following day
Full setup & breakdown services
Unlimited texts/calls week-of wedding
Emergency errand coverage (day-of)

Optional Add-Ons

Rehearsal Coordination
· Coordinate the ceremony rehearsal (usually the day before)
· Price: $150

Timeline Creation Only
· Create a detailed wedding day timeline for DIY brides
· Can be a standalone service
· Price: $200

Vendor Confirmation Services
· Reach out to all vendors a week before the wedding to confirm arrival times, setup, etc.
· Price: $100

Setup/Teardown Services
· Decor setup, tablescapes, signage, etc.
· Teardown after the event
· Price: $150–$500, depending on complexity and hours

Venue Walkthroughs
· Attend a walkthrough with the couple at their venue (especially if not familiar with it)
· Price: $100

Bridal Assistant / Day-of Assistant
· A second person to help with dressing, touch-ups, or quick errands
· Price: $250

Design Consult / Mood Board Help
· Light event design guidance — not full planning, but helping couples choose colors, layout, or decor
· Price: $100–$350

Return Drop-Offs
· Returning rental items (arch, florals, linens) the day after the wedding
· Price: $100–$250 depending on travel

Dessert or Favor Setup
· Setting up favor tables, candy bars, dessert stations
· Price: $50–$150

Hourly On-Demand Support (Leading Up to Wedding)
· “Call or Text Me” planning support hours for questions, vendor help, etc.
· Price: $25 an hour

🚗 Travel Add-On

•We’re happy to travel to help make your special day everything you dreamed of! Travel fees are calculated based on distance and logistics to ensure we’re able to serve you fully and on time.

Travel Fees:
• Within 30 miles of Mansfield: Included in all packages
• 31–100 miles: $75 flat fee
• 100+ miles or overnight stay required: Custom quote based on mileage, lodging, and per diem needs
• Out-of-state or destination weddings: Let's chat! We’d love to create a custom travel plan just for you.
